The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                        
NO. 305 An Act relating to rehabilitation of injured workers and               
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 305(L&C) An Act                                        
establishing a standard for determining when an                                
injured worker is eligible for reemployment benefits                           
and establishing a procedure for adopting a new,                               
revised, or replacement standard for determining                               
when an injured worker is eligible for reemployment
